I'm the Chief Technology Officer at Eloria Group, where I set the technology vision and lead engineering across cloud architecture, DevSecOps, and platform delivery. My career spans Deloitte, Slalom, and Avanade/Accenture — seven years of hands-on consulting across Azure, AWS, and GCP for federal and enterprise clients.

My focus is building organizations and platforms that move fast with confidence — modular Terraform frameworks, automated CI/CD through Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions, and resilient QA and DR environments that mirror production at enterprise scale.

I'm bilingual (English / Spanish), based in Chicago, and currently completing an MBA in Project Management at LSU Shreveport to pair technical depth with business and delivery leadership.
